Tesla Model Y

Also topping the list is the Tesla Model Y. It made up 5.9% of 1- to 5-year-old used EV and hybrid sales during 2024.

The Model Y can travel 337 miles on full charge and recharge up to 170 miles of range at a Tesla Supercharger in just 15 minutes.

The electric SUV also features two trunks and has a 3,500-pound towing capacity, making it a versatile option for various lifestyles.

Toyota RAV4 Hybrid

The Toyota RAV4 hybrid accounted for 5.8% of 1- to 5-year-old used EV and hybrid sales in the U.S. last year.
