Another user adds: "Before the pandemic, I used to buy something once a week. Stuff like ties, belts, hats, hoodies, etc... Lots of name brand stuff... Usually half off. Since the pandemic, these brands have disappeared entirely."

A few dollars may sound like a good deal for a piece of clothing, but turns out that lately, the quality of the products has been matching the low price.

"[The clothes] tend to not wash well," wrote one Reddit user. "I got one wear out of them and that was it. I think with the particular shirts I had, the material was too thin and the wash ruined it. Be mindful of what material you're buying for 9.99!"

Be aware the next time you wear a new piece of clothing or jewelry you got at T.J. Maxx. The chances of it having been on the floor, or worn and returned by another customer are high.

Another shopper said, "I can't understand the lack of imagination in these people - I can almost always determine if I like a pair of earrings by holding them up to my ear. There's no need to try most of them on at the store."

Another big complaint for T.J. Maxx shoppers is the usage of sealed products in the makeup and beauty sections.
