Season's Choice Frozen Plain Riced Cauliflower

Price: $1.79

While changing your dietary habits can be challenging and expensive, Aldi has some gluten-free and low-carb options to help you stock your freezer.

For less than $2, you can get a bag of their popular riced cauliflower to serve as a side dish, use in place of actual rice, or add to some no-carb pizza crusts and soups.

Each bag holds 12 ounces, which works out to about 15 cents an ounce. Since it's already riced, you can skip the chopping and grating it takes to make your own from a fresh head of cauliflower. If plain is too bland for your taste, Aldi also sells a Garlic & Herbs version of the riced cauliflower for the same $1.79 price.

Park Street Deli Pork Egg Rolls

Price: $3.89

If you are shopping for Chinese food on a budget, these pork egg rolls are top-notch. For about 78 cents each, you'll get six grams of protein and zero grams of trans fat per juicy, delicious roll.

Each 13.5-ounce box contains five egg rolls, and you can bake them in the oven or crisp them up in an air fryer. Just note that dipping sauce isn't included, so grab a bottle of sweet and sour or duck sauce if you like to dunk.

They're a pretty close dupe for the restaurant version at a fraction of the price. Aldi also sells a chicken version in the same size box for the same price.

Season's Choice Frozen Mango Chunks

Courtesy of Aldi frozen mango chunks

Price: $4.19

Frozen mango chunks are a smooth, fun addition to juices, smoothies, parfaits, ice cream, and more. Ice-cold fruit in an iced seltzer or water can also be incredibly refreshing. This highly praised freezer staple is widely loved for its sweet flavor, convenience, and excellent value.

Each bag holds 24 ounces, or a pound and a half of fruit, which comes out to about 17 cents an ounce. Because the mango is already peeled, pitted, and cut, you can skip the messy prep that comes with slicing fresh mangoes.

The fruit is frozen in chunks, so you can scoop out just what you need for one smoothie and keep the rest in the freezer for later.

Kirkwood Frozen Ground Turkey

Price: $2.19

Kirkwood's all-natural ground turkey is made from 85% lean meat. Packing 17 grams of protein and zero grams of trans fat per serving, this turkey works great in chili, burgers, pastas, and more. You can conveniently keep it stored in your freezer until you need it.

Each package holds 16 ounces, so you're paying $2.19 a pound for protein you can pull out on a busy weeknight. For the safest results, thaw it overnight in the refrigerator before cooking, and cook it until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

It's an easy swap for ground beef in tacos, meatballs, sloppy joes, or stuffed peppers if you're looking to change things up.

Mama Cozzi's French Bread Pepperoni Pizza

Price: $2.99

It's hard to go wrong with a hot and toasty French bread pizza that features a sweet and zesty red sauce, mozzarella, and delicious pepperoni.

They are often compared to Red Baron's French bread pizza option, which costs $3.72 at Walmart. Each 11.25-ounce box comes with two pizzas, compared with 10.8 ounces in Red Baron's two-pack. One Reddit user who compared them said Aldi's version has more sauce, more cheese, and thicker pepperoni.

Make every penny count at Aldi and enjoy this easy meal by cooking it in an air fryer for dinner in under six minutes. Prefer the oven? Plan for about 20 minutes from frozen.

Sundae Shoppe Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream

Price: $2.69

Sundae Shoppe adds some of the most authentic mint flavoring into its ice cream, making this a fan favorite for a reason. The chocolate chip is thin and flaky, melting in your mouth almost on impact to make this a truly decadent dessert.

You get a 48-fluid-ounce tub, or a quart and a half, which works out to less than 6 cents per fluid ounce. That's plenty for scooping into cones, sandwiching between cookies, or blending into a homemade mint chocolate chip milkshake.

If mint isn't your thing, Aldi sells Sundae Shoppe ice cream in several other flavors in the same size tub, so you can stock up on a few favorites at once.

Mama Cozzi's Toasted Cheese Ravioli

Price: $3.59

The perfect crunch of the fried, breaded shell of these toasted ravioli is incredibly satisfying. Keep a box or two of these well-seasoned, crunchy, gooey pasta bites to serve as an appetizer, have a quick meal, or enjoy while watching the game.

Each 16-ounce box bakes up in the oven in about 8 minutes at 425 degrees Fahrenheit, according to Aldi Reviewer. Marinara isn't included, so pick up a jar of sauce for dipping. Toasted ravioli got its start in St. Louis, where it's traditionally served with marinara on the side.

A similar Bertolli-brand option at Target sells for 41 cents an ounce, making Aldi's 22 cents per ounce a significantly better deal.

Belmont Deep Dish Pie Shells

Price: $2.49

A steaming hot pie is delicious. However, the effort it takes to make a perfect crust doesn't always seem worth it.

When you want to skip the extra prep, or when you're making multiple pies at once, you can grab ready-to-bake pie crusts from the Aldi freezer for just 88 cents about $1.25 each. This seasonal product comes in and out of stock and is totally worth grabbing a few to keep in your freezer when you see them.

Each package includes two 9-inch crusts in reusable foil pans. For one-crust pies like pumpkin or pecan, you can pour the filling straight into the frozen shell and bake it according to your recipe.

Casa Mamita Bean and Cheese Burritos

Courtesy of Aldi bean and cheese burritos in pack

Price: $3.79

Casa Mamita is really upping the flavor game with a heat-and-eat burrito that's also super filling. Each spicy, cheesy burrito comes out to 52 cents and has eight grams of protein and zero grams of trans fat. For reference, El Monterey's similar 8-pack is listed at $5.29 at Target.

That's about 66 cents per burrito, or roughly 19 cents more than Aldi's version. Casa Mamita's burritos are a Regular Buy, so you should be able to find them on Aldi's shelves year-round.

They heat up in the microwave in a couple of minutes, making them an easy lunch or late-night snack.

Sundae Shoppe Mango Mochi Ice Cream

Price: $4.45

If you're looking for a cold and glutinous sweet snack that won't ruin your caloric intake for the day, this decadent ice cream wrapped in delicious, sweet, sticky rice cake is just 80 calories.

Stock up on strawberry, cookies, and cream, or mango flavors on the go. Each 7.5-ounce box contains six mochi, which comes out to about 74 cents a piece.

Since the ice cream softens quickly once it leaves the freezer, it's best to take out just one at a time and eat it right away. Mochi ice cream also makes an easy, crowd-pleasing dessert to set out at a party.

Season's Choice Whole Onion Rings

Price: $3.29

If you've been craving big, flavorful onion rings like the ones you used to get at the fair growing up, then these are a must-try. Unlike formed onion rings made from chopped onion, these are cut from whole onions, so you get a satisfying bite every time.

The air fryer will cook these rings up in about three minutes and help them stay intact. Plus, a whole bag costs less than a medium order of rings at a fast food chain. Each bag holds 16 ounces. No air fryer? Bake them at 425 degrees Fahrenheit for about 15 minutes, turning them halfway through.

Breakfast Best Frozen Heat & Serve Sausage Links

Price: $1.59

If you like to pack your protein early in the day, then keeping a few sleeves of heat-and-serve sausage links is a great item to have stocked in your freezer.

They're microwave-ready in just moments and can be added to any breakfast platter, burrito, bowl, gravy, or otherwise. Each 6.4-ounce package includes 10 fully cooked links, which works out to about 16 cents a link.

Because they're already cooked, you only need to heat them through, which makes them handy on busy weekday mornings. Pair them with Aldi's Breakfast Best waffles, also on this list, for a full breakfast that costs less than $4.

Fusia Asian Inspirations Chicken Pot Stickers

Price: $3.99

These savory pockets of flavor can be cooked in record time in a variety of ways. For a quick fix, throw them in the air fryer and pop some sweet sauce on them. You can also pan-fry, steam, boil, or microwave them, and a packet of soy-based dipping sauce comes in the bag.

Loaded with seven grams of protein per serving, these pot stickers carry zero grams of trans fat and way less sodium than restaurant options. Each 16-ounce bag has about four servings of five pot stickers, and each serving has 200 calories. That works out to roughly 20 cents a pot sticker.

Fremont Fish Market Jumbo Breaded Butterfly Shrimp

Price: $3.69

While no package of shrimp could ever be big enough, you can score around 12 frozen, fully breaded, and crunchy butterfly shrimp for a great price at Aldi to always have ready to go as an appetizer or quick dinner.

In contrast, Walmart sells a similar nine-ounce package for $6.16. That's Gorton's Breaded Butterfly Tail-On Shrimp, which comes in a 9.2-ounce box. Aldi's 9-ounce bag costs about $2.47 less, so you can save a few dollars every time you restock.

Breakfast Best Frozen Homestyle Waffles

Courtesy of Aldi frozen waffles in box

Price: $2.15

Keeping waffles in the freezer can help you assemble breakfasts and sweet snacks in record time. A great source of vitamin B12, calcium, and iron, these buttery waffles are an easy breakfast option.

These are some of the most cost-effective options on the market, helping you keep more cash in your wallet, as a pack of 10 Eggo waffles will run you $2.99 at Target.

In a side-by-side taste test, The Takeout found Aldi's waffles toasted up more consistently crisp than Eggo's, though the reviewer preferred Eggo's flavor.
