Raising Cane's is continuing its rapid expansion as part of the brand's nationwide growth strategy, with plans to surpass 1,000 restaurant locations this year.

Founded in 1996, the chicken-finger chain now operates in more than 40 states and features flagship locations in major cities, including New York City, Miami, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Nashville.

1. Birmingham, Alabama

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is preparing to debut a new location in Birmingham.

The restaurant, located at 5301 U.S. 280, is expected to open on March 10, giving local diners a new spot to enjoy the chain's signature chicken-finger meals.

2. Buckeye, Arizona

Buckeye is getting its first Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers restaurant.

The new location at 1080 N. Verrado Way is scheduled to open on March 16, marking the brand's debut in the city and adding another dining destination along the rapidly developing Verrado Way corridor.

3. Coeur d'Alene, Idaho

Chicken-finger fans in Coeur d'Alene won't have to wait much longer for a new Raising Cane's.

The restaurant will open on March 17 at 201 W. Neider Ave., and the celebration will include a special giveaway: the first 20 "Caniacs" in line will receive free Cane's for a year.

A new Raising Cane's location is also on the way to Loveland.

The restaurant is expected to open on March 23 at 4363 Opalite Drive, giving residents another fast-casual dining option in the area.

6. Chubbuck, Idaho

Raising Cane's will wrap up the month with another opening in Chubbuck.

The new restaurant at 4310 Yellowstone St., is scheduled to open on March 31.

Beyond serving its signature chicken fingers, the location plans to get involved in the community through partnerships with local schools, sports teams, and nonprofits, offering sponsorships and fundraising opportunities.

Ahead of the launch, the company is also hiring 135 crewmembers, with openings for cashiers, fry cooks, and customer service associates.
