Access to affordable deals on everything from dog toys to slippers is one of the top Costco membership perks shoppers enjoy. And like other warehouse club members, I take full advantage of the retailer's bargain buys. That's why Costco is my go-to for gifting.
Between family, friends, Secret Santa swaps, and all the other holiday exchanges, my December shopping list is out of control. This year, I set a goal to stay under $25 per person. Curious to see what I found at Costco? Here are my 14 favorite gift picks.

BlooMaker Waxed Amaryllis Bulbs
Price: $21.99
A bouquet is okay. But I prefer a gift that keeps on giving. Instead of flowers that wither in weeks, snag this three-pack of waxed amaryllis bulbs. The festive, colorful greenery has major Christmas appeal.
Costco Reusable Bag
Price: $6.99
What Costco shopper wouldn't love this adorable reusable bag under their tree this year? From the winking pizza slice to the animated TP, this is the perfect present for warehouse club regulars.
I'll admit it, I didn't just buy this four-pack as a gift. I also picked up the character-covered totes for myself.
Kirkland Signature Golf Gloves
Price: $22.99
Give the golfer in your life something they'll truly enjoy. While a new putter didn't fit into my under-$25 budget, this four-pair pack was a steal for $22.99.
The Kirkland Cabretta leather gloves look and feel like the pricey brand-name version. But instead of paying $28.99 for a single pair from Titleist (at Dick's Sporting Goods), I saved some serious cash.
Kirkland Signature Peppermint Bark
Price: $16.99
Treat your friends and family to this seasonal Costco buy. That's what I did.
I'm a fan of the bargain-priced bark and found plenty of people on my gift list to give it to. The decadent chocolate-and-peppermint combo is the perfect present for anyone with a sweet tooth.
Miu Bamboo Steamer
Price: $16.99
The cooks on my list are all getting this two-tier 10-inch bamboo steamer. Home chefs can use the budget-friendly basket to steam dumplings, rice noodles, veggies, fish, or rice cakes.
Costco's price doesn't just fit into my $25 or under budget plan. It's also less than what I could pay at a specialty store. For reference, Williams-Somona's bamboo steamer costs $29.95.
Nylabone Nubz Dog Treat 'N Chew Toys
Price: $13.99
While you can gift this three-pack to the pet parent in your life, I'm giving this playtime pick to my pups.
Durability is something that I expect from anything my overzealous canine companions chew. And these textured treat toys won't easily break apart, rip, or tear.
Eos Organic Lip Balm
Price: $14.99
Beauty aficionados will adore this organic lip balm. The set features five hydrating flavors, including Watermelon, Strawberry Sorbet, Vanilla Bean, Sweet Mint, and Lemon. Compare $14.99 for this nine-pack to $10.79 for a four-count at CVS. That's over $1 difference per stick.
Nautilus High Performance Yoga Mat
Price: $19.99
All of my yoga-loving friends are getting this mat for the holidays. The thick cushion adds comfort, while the slip-resistant surface makes this a safer selection. And at under $20, I'll have money leftover to snag one for myself.
Ramen Gift Set
Price: $22.49
Pass on basic baskets this year and give a gift your friends and family will truly enjoy.
This panda-themed pick is more than just a bowl. The sweet set also includes chopsticks, one pack of ramen noodles, honey ginger hot sauce, wasabi, and furikake seasoning.

Price: $21.99
If there's an active, outdoorsy woman in your life, this quilted polyester-cotton-elastane vest is an affordable option. Choose from black, purple, and cream hues, in sizes extra-small through 3XL.
The Wayy Big Hoodie
Price: $24.99
Everyone in my family might get a giant hoodie this year. Why? The one-size wearable blanket has a soft, fleecy feel that shoppers adore. Costco customer Orson gave this find five stars, writing, "Very big and cozy…And it has pockets."
Dionis Goat Milk Hand Cream
Price: $12.99
Spoil someone special in your life with this goat milk hand cream set. The three-pack includes 2.5-ounce tubes of the beloved brand's rich, soothing formula in Sugarberry, Toasted Vanilla Chai, and Crisp Pear scents.
Dearfoam Men's Slippers
Price: $16.99
Need a gift that your significant other will actually enjoy? I do. That's why I'm picking up these comfy, cozy men's indoor/outdoor memory foam slippers. And of course, the price is right. A similar pair could cost $35 or more on the brand's website.
Corne Port-Royal Chocolate Collection
Price: $15.99
Chocoholics will appreciate this decadent collection of Belgian confections. And bonus, the box is already wrapped and ready to go. In my opinion, that makes this the perfect holiday gift exchange pick.
Bottom line
While diamonds and high-tech devices didn't make it into my cart, I still scored plenty of deals at Costco for under $25. So if your holiday budget doesn't have much wiggle room, you can feel confident about filling your gift list at this members-only club.
