Finding a local Burger King is becoming more challenging for some residents in at least nine states.

According to news reports, the fast-food giant — which has franchisees across the country operating restaurants under the Burger King name — will close up to 400 locations this year.

While Burger King fans likely will be disappointed in the closures, the bright side is that those folks might keep more money in their wallets instead of spending it on fast food.

So where are Burger King restaurants closing this year? Check this list to see if your favorite Burger King is disappearing in 2023.
