Some recent class-action settlements could include cash payouts that help qualifying consumers earn extra income this August.
But in almost all cases, a check won’t just magically make its way to your mailbox. Instead, you have to file a valid claim before the lawsuit’s deadline if you want to receive your part of the settlement.
Keep reading to find out about class-action lawsuits with settlement deadlines coming up this month. If you have a valid claim, make sure to submit it (with the required legal documentation) before the listed deadline.

The company agreed to settle for a total of $600 million, which will be apportioned based on each claimant’s location relative to the accident.
