Perhaps one of the most important features of Chipotle’s new benefits program is access to mental health resources.

Chipotle has partnered with CuraLinc Healthcare to offer employees six free sessions with a licensed counselor or mental health coach. The effort is part of a new employee assistance program named SupportLinc.

The SupportLinc service also offers employees access to resources and tools to help workers with a range of legal, financial, and family matters.

The company is joining with the banking service Cred.ai to offer faster access to paychecks. Employees can get the money they earned sooner on a Visa card.

Within the Cred.ai service, employees will also gain access to a tool called the Credit Optimizer.

This tool helps workers to boost their credit scores automatically. It’s accessible to anyone, even those with a good credit score.

In addition to the new benefits Chipotle is offering, the company also has several other existing perks. Here are some of the best.

Employees can advance to the position of restaurateur in just over three years, allowing them to reach a potential compensation package worth $100,000. Restaurateur is a senior manager position at Chipotle.

In 2023, Chipotle promoted more than 24,000 employees.

Chipotle’s all-crew bonus program offers the opportunity for employees to earn as much as a full month’s additional pay every year.

Chipotle employees receive access to mental health care and medical services through the company’s health insurance program. Dental and vision insurance also is provided.

Chipotle offers tuition reimbursement. Thousands of dollars in assistance are available, which can significantly cut the cost of earning a degree.

The company also already offers employees an “English as a second language” educational program.

That program is also available to the employee’s family and allows them to focus on reading, writing, and communication skills.
