Party City — where people go to purchase party supplies, hopefully at prices that allow them to keep more money in their wallets — filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in January of last year as a bid to restructure its debt.
In September, a plan emerged to reduce their debt by $1 billion, and the chain was able to exit bankruptcy. The plan managed to keep many locations open, but part of the agreement still kept some doors closed.
State by state, here’s a list of all 36 Party City locations that have closed.
