New Mexico
Franchisee ERC Hospitality plans to open 13 new locations, including some in New Mexico, for the restaurant’s fans.
The restaurant franchisee company, which is headquartered in Colorado, currently owns and operates 34 Freddy’s locations in Colorado, Alabama, and New Mexico.
Texas
ERC Hospitality will also be opening its first location in Texas with a new spot located in El Paso. It will be the first Texas location for the franchisee company.
Another franchisee, TR Hospitality, signed on to open three new Texas locations in Lindale, Longview, and Tyler. It will be the company’s second Tyler location.
Ron Oberg, who operates TR Hospitality, was Freddy’s first franchisee and opened his first Freddy’s in 2004.
Idaho
EMS Management signed an agreement with Freddy’s to open nine new locations across three states as part of an expansion deal with the restaurant.
Idaho currently has eight Freddy’s locations across the state.

The EMS Management deal will also include new locations in Utah.
The company, which is based in Glendale, Arizona, is led by CEO Eric Stine. His Freddy’s connections run deep as he was the first manager of the first Freddy’s franchise when it opened in Wichita, Kansas.
Oregon
The CEO of EMS Management continues to chart new paths for Freddy’s with a new state to add to the restaurant chain’s list.
EMS Management plans to open the first Freddy’s location in Oregon as part of its contract expansion with the brand.

Oklahoma will get more Freddy’s locations in addition to the 24 restaurants that are already open in the state.
Franchisee Ram-Z has nine locations in Oklahoma and Texas and had already signed on to open 13 new locations before adding five more Freddy’s locations to its expansion plans.
Arkansas
The Ram-Z deal for five more locations will include new spots in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
Arkansas already has 17 locations scattered throughout the state for hungry customers to choose from.
Missouri
Missouri has 34 locations for restaurant customers to choose from and will soon add another to the list.
Freddy’s announced that Meyer & Lovinger Restaurant Partners will be opening a new location in the southwest Missouri town of Neosho.
It will be the franchisee's third Missouri location, joining restaurants in Bolivar and Nevada, Mo.
Arizona
Arizona will add to its 28 Freddy’s locations, with additional restaurants set to open as part of the company’s expansion.
Franchisee Jaytoo already operates 13 locations in the state and is developing five additional spots. Its new deal with Freddy’s includes three more Arizona restaurants for Freddy’s fans to check out when they want steakburgers and custard.
