Chase offers some of the most popular and feature-rich business credit cards on the market. Its cards combine reasonable or no fees, a wide range of rewards, flexible redemption options, and practical perks to run a business for products that are tough to beat — and a little something for everyone.
There are 10 Chase business cards in total, but six stand out for offering more value and benefits to the widest range of business owners. Here are the Chase business credit cards we recommend and how to decide which might be right for you.
How we evaluate products
When narrowing down the best Chase business credit cards, our goal was to identify those that offered the best value when considering both the card fees and benefits. In some cases, that meant choosing a card with solid benefits and no annual fee. In other cases, it meant choosing a card with a higher annual price tag, but that offered more than enough benefits to back it up.
Most Chase business cards are best suited to a specific type of business owner or spender. Ultimately, we wanted to ensure our list reflected the needs of many businesses.

Best business credit cards from Chase
When choosing the best business credit card for you, consider your spending habits, what features would help your business, and what rewards and redemption options will be most useful. These Chase cards are all competitive, but they’re not all right for every business.
Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card
Card details:
- Annual fee: $0
- Rewards: Unlimited 1.5% cash back on every purchase
- Welcome offer: Earn $750 bonus cash back after you spend $6,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening
The Ink Business Unlimited® Credit Card is the best option for business owners who want a straightforward cash back card with no complex rewards structure to keep track of while still earning decent rewards for their spending. The $0 annual fee makes this card appealing, especially considering the generous welcome offer.
I recommend this one for newer business owners who aren’t sure where they do most of their spending yet. It’s also one of only two Chase business cards that offers an introductory APR on purchases, making it well-suited to large purchases in your first months. It offers 0% introductory APR on purchases for 12 months (then 17.74% - 23.74% Variable).
If you’re looking for a no-annual-fee business card with an intro APR on purchases but offers bonus categories instead of flat cashback rewards, consider the Ink Business Cash® Credit Card. It earns 5% cash back on the first $25,000 spent in combined purchases at office supply stores and on internet, cable and phone services each account anniversary year.

Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card
Card details:
- Annual fee: $95
- Rewards: 3X points on the first $150,000 spent in combined purchases on travel, shipping purchases, Internet, cable and phone services, advertising purchases made with social media sites and search engines each account anniversary year; and 1X points per $1 on all other purchases
- Welcome offer: Earn 90,000 bonus points after you spend $8,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening
Unlike Ink Business Unlimited, the Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card earns rewards as points, with the best rate on spending in a few categories you’re likely already spending a lot on anyway. If the bonus categories match your spending habits, this card could pay off in a big way. We recommend it for businesses that will stay under or around that $150,000 bonus category threshold.
Another major perk of the Ink Business Preferred is that you can redeem your points for 25% more value when you spend them on travel booked through Chase Travel℠. This makes it a great option if you and/or your employees travel often for work. And even though this isn’t strictly a travel credit card, it has no foreign transaction fees.

Ink Business Premier® Credit Card
Card details:
- Annual fee: $195
- Rewards: 5% cash back on travel purchased through Chase Travel℠; unlimited 2.5% cash back on purchases of $5,000 or more; unlimited 2% cash back on all other business purchases
- Welcome offer: Earn $1,000 bonus cash back after you spend $10,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening
The Ink Business Premier® Credit Card has a unique rewards structure that earns a higher cash back rate on larger purchases. It also has a $195 annual fee, which makes it a bit less appealing than other Chase Ink cards we’ve talked about. However, we feel the benefits outweigh the cost, especially for established businesses that are used to spending big.
In addition to 2.5% cash back on purchases of $5,000 or more, the card earns unlimited 2% cash back on all other business purchases. That’s higher than the flat rate on Ink Business Unlimited. This card also has no foreign transaction fees, but you can’t transfer points to Chase Travel Partners.

United℠ Business Card
Card details:
- Annual fee: $99 (waived first year)
- Rewards: 2x miles on United purchases, dining, at gas stations, office supply stores, and on local transit and commuting; plus 1x mile on all other purchases
- Welcome offer: Earn 75,000 bonus miles after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months your account is open
The United℠ Business Card is a great option for business travelers who are loyal to United. It offers impressive rewards on United flights, plus elevated rewards on other United purchases and quite a few bonus categories. We recommend this card for travelers who book business class and take at least a handful of flights annually.
It comes with many airline-specific perks, including:
- 2 United Club one-time passes per year
- Priority boarding
- 5,000-mile anniversary bonus
- Free first checked bag
- $100 United travel credit after 7 United flight purchases of $100 or more each anniversary year
- 25% back on United inflight and Club premium drink purchases
If you want a similar card with even more benefits, check out the United Club℠ Business Card. It has a considerably higher annual fee of $450 but a laundry list of freebies, including a United Club membership, which is valued at up to $650 per year.

Southwest® Rapid Rewards® Performance Business Credit Card
Card details:
- Annual fee: $199
- Rewards: 4X points on Southwest purchases; 3X points on Rapid Rewards hotel and car rental partners; 2X on rideshare, social media and search engine advertising, internet, cable, and phone services; plus 1X points on all other purchases
- Welcome offer: Earn 80,000 points after you spend $5,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening
If you like to travel on a budget, the Southwest® Rapid Rewards® Performance Business Credit Card is a great choice. Though it has a $199 annual fee, it makes up for it with rewards. Perks include no foreign transaction fees, upgraded boardings, WiFi credits, points transfer credits, credits on Global Entry, TSA PreCheck, or NEXUS, and a 9,000-point anniversary bonus.
If you like this card but are hesitant about the annual fee, consider the Southwest® Rapid Rewards® Premier Business Credit Card card instead. It’s essentially a stripped-down version of Rapid Rewards Performance. It has a $99 annual fee but still plenty of benefits.

IHG One Rewards Premier Business Credit Card
Card details:
- Annual fee: $99
- Rewards: Earn up to 26X points at IHG hotels and resorts; 5X points on travel, gas stations, select business spending, and restaurants (including takeout and eligible delivery); and 3X points on all other purchases
- Welcome offer: Earn 140,000 bonus points after spending $4,000 on purchases in the first 3 months from account opening
The IHG One Rewards Premier Business Credit Card is a solid choice if you travel frequently and prefer to stay at IHG hotels and resorts, a chain with a footprint of over 6,500 properties. When you combine this card with your other IHG benefits, you can earn up to 26X points at IHG hotels and resorts; 5X points on travel, gas stations, select business spending, and restaurants (including takeout and eligible delivery); and 3X points on all other purchases.
This card also includes free nights and no foreign transaction fees. We like it a little better than the World of Hyatt Business Credit Card because it has a lower annual fee, and it’s much easier to find an IHG hotel than a Hyatt one (as Hyatt has about 1,300 properties).

How to choose the best Chase business card
There’s not one Chase business credit card that’s right for everyone. Here are three key things to consider when deciding between Chase’s business cards:
Understand your business expenses
Knowing where your business spends most of its money is one of the best ways to choose the right Chase card. For example, if you spend a lot in certain categories, the Ink Business Cash or Ink Business Preferred cards might make the most sense as they have bonus categories. On the other hand, if your business spending is all over the place and you just want to get a good rate on everything, the Ink Business Unlimited may be a better fit.
Also consider whether you have any major purchases coming up in the next few months and want to spread the payments out over a longer period. The Ink Business Unlimited and Ink Business Cash both offer long intro APR periods, which could save you a bundle on interest.
Consider your reward options
You should also consider the type of rewards you’d most like to earn. If you travel a lot, whether for personal or business, it’s a no-brainer to choose a travel card that earns flexible Ultimate Rewards points or miles when spending on your favorite hotel or airline.
On the other hand, if you want a card that allows you to earn cash back to redeem for statement credits and the like, you’ll probably appreciate the Ink Business Unlimited, Ink Business Cash, and Ink Business Premier.
Weigh fees vs. benefits
As you’re choosing the best card, each one’s annual fee should definitely be a part of the decision. The best card in the world isn’t worth it if it has a huge annual fee you can’t make up for.
There are a handful of Chase business cards with no annual fee or low fees. Meanwhile, the United Club Business Card has an annual fee of $450. Whichever cards you’re considering, just run the numbers carefully.
And if you’re specifically looking for business cards with no annual fee, we have a list of those.
Should you have multiple Chase business credit cards?
The single best way to maximize your Chase business credit card is to choose the card that aligns most closely with your spending and goals. However, you can take it one step further by combining the benefits of several cards since there’s no official limit to the number of Chase business cards you can have.
For example, you could combine one or more Chase Ink cards to take advantage of their varying benefits, especially if one of those is the Ink Business Preferred for the higher redemption value. Another option is to pair one of the Chase Ink cards with an airline or hotel card, allowing you to get brand-specific and flexible benefits from both.
Rules for applying
As we mentioned, it’s possible to open more than one Chase business credit card for your business, but there are restrictions on how often you can apply. Here are a few to consider:
- 5/24 rule: Chase’s 5/24 rule prevents you from getting a Chase credit card if you’ve already opened five or more cards in the last 24 months. However, certain business cards don’t count towards your 5/24 limit if tied to your business credit.
- 1/30 rule: Chase may not approve more than one business card application in a 30-day period. If you’ve recently opened a Chase card, wait at least a month (ideally a few months) before applying for another.
Good to know
While you can have multiple Chase cards, there may be a maximum credit limit Chase is willing to give you. Your maximum credit limit depends on your debt-to-income ratio (DTI).Getting business cards for your employees
A significant perk of Chase’s business credit cards is that all employee cards are free on all of its cards. That’s not the case with all credit card issuers. Once your card is approved, you can log into your Chase account to add your employees.
Not only can you earn rewards on every purchase made by employees, but you can also limit their spending. Chase allows you to set individual employee spending limits, so you have a large degree of control. Additionally, you can receive alerts for employee cards connected to your account.
Bottom line
Chase has some of the most popular business credit cards on the market, and it’s easy to see why when you consider its attractive spending rewards and other card perks. Chase’s selection gives you plenty of options when you’re looking for a business credit card.
Ultimately, the best Chase business card for you depends on your business’s spending habits, the type of rewards you want to earn, and how much you’re willing to pay in an annual fee. By considering these factors and looking at Chase’s card line-up, you can choose the best card.
