Operations research analysts are problem-solvers who use math and logic to solve complex issues. They're in high demand across lots of different industries.

To start as an operations research analyst, you'll usually need at least a bachelor's degree, but a master's can give you an edge. The average yearly salary for these analysts is around $83,640.

OTAs earn a good salary, with a median annual wage of $65,450. You can become an OTA with an associate's degree.
